TOXIC AND FATAL TO DOGS:Raisins, Onions, Chocolate,
Cocoa and Macadamia Nuts. Also Red Beef (especially steak) can cause pancreatitis.
Ice Water is also very harmful. Rawhide is very bad to cause obstructions in the intestines.
If your dog has eaten something that you feel could cause toxicity or a bowel obstruction,
contact your vet. If there is no time, you can give 1/2 cc per pound of hydrogen peroxide
and within minutes they will vomit. This only works if you give within 4 hours of ingesting. I
have done this before under my vets recommendation but I am not a vet, so check with
your vet before doing this! Please dog proof your home before buying a new puppy!
Electric cords are a favorite thing to chew on!
