Delivery & Pickup Information
We are available for pickups 7 days a week, or I will meet you depending on location (charges for meeting  include crate, vet certificate, rabies vaccine, puppy pak and gas for driving to meet you) and will be agreed upon before delivery.
(By appointments only)

Delivery Rates are Not included in the value of the puppy (charge includes vet certificate, crate, rabies vaccine, and puppy pak.)
Small Puppies = $250 .
Bigger Puppies = $260 (If crate and dog's weight combined are over 9 lbs)
Second puppy If shipped together) travels for an extra $80

Delivery days and limitations- We don't ship on Sundays.  Arrival times may be early afternoon or late evenings. "Please be flexible on booking schedules". Shipping dates are subject to be changed or delayed  if the weather condition are not favorable or if the vet decides to re-check the puppy before issuing a health certificate.
If purchaser is unable to pick up dog,  please send authorization form with your signature to allow pickup.

Shipping Details - After payment is done, we'll email you the flight information, (pick up location, phone number, and confirmation/booking number 1-3 days before shipping date.
The puppy will travel in an airline approved travel crate. The pup will be in a temperature controlled and air pressurized area of the aircraft. The pup usually sleeps or plays with the shredded paper for most of the flight. (We do not use sedatives)

Picking up your puppy at the airport
You can pick up the pup after 20-45 minutes of arrival time. (Bring ID & confirmation number to the airport)
Depending on each airport, the pickup location could be either at the Cargo Office, baggage claims or ticket counter.

What to expect with a puppy?
The airlines staff should give you a health certificate and vaccination records. If you don't receive those documents along with the crate, ask the airlines staff. (They come with the waybill ticket that you need to sign)
Do not expect a 100% clean dog, your puppy will do the bathroom inside the crate. Once you get home, bathe the puppy (use a regular shampoo), dry with a towel and use a hair dryer. If the puppy seems a little stressed, bathe the next day.

What to Bring?
Bring water,  Nutri-cal (High Calorie & Vitamins supplement) or an alternative supplement for puppies that you can get from a Pet store.

Allow the puppy for a bathroom break far away from the airport in a non public place.
